Tope Oduseso who has over eighteen (18) years experience in practical banking, specialist in Micro-Finance, a professional accountant and Tax Practitioner with a multi-disciplinary background in diverse complimentary areas comprising of Accountancy, Audit, Banking, Finance, Risk Management and Human Capital Development.

He is an Associates member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, (ICAN), Nigeria Institute of Management, (Chartered), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, (CITN). Temitope also holds a Master's degree in International Finance of the prestigious London Metropolitan University, United Kingdom and Fellowship Award in Managing Sustainable Development from Maastricht School of Management Netherland.

He had his professional working career with a firm of Ayo Akinyelure& Co. (Chartered Accountants & Tax Practitioners), Standard Trust Bank Ltd and First Atlantic Bank, he then proceeded to England in 2004 for his Masters Degree programme in International Finance after which he worked with Abbey National Bank (Kelly Services UK LTD) Scottland in Credit Risk Management Department, before returning to Nigeria and joined Oceanic Bank International Plc.

Prior to investing in Asset Matrix MFB Ltd as the M.D/C.E.O of the bank, Tope was the pioneer M.D/CEO of Allover Microfinance Bank who later joined CIT Microfinance Bank Ltd in 2010 as Deputy Managing Director.
