Oludare Ashade joined the service of Asset Matrix Microfinance Bank Ltd in 2012 as the cash officer.
He had served in various capacities of the bank as Admin Head and Head of operations. He posseses eight (8) years working experience invested in microfinance market.

He is an associate member of Institute of credit Administration and a member of various committee of the bank. He is a highly skilled microfinance banker with a bachelor degree in electrical/electronics engineering from Olabisi Onabanjo University.
He is presently the Head of credit of the bank.
